Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered dormant. aha303 reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of Rp 50,000 per month on dormant accounts with remaining balances. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting customer support.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aha303 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited into your Account in the preceding six months.
aha303 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, internet outages, or cyber-attacks.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which aha303 is licensed and regulated. By using our Services, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
